HELP BUG ISSUE!!!

Hi I made an awesome building over by red cliff on nearby cliff. And I've talked to 2 different assistants and they said it was a bug. When I tried to mine a block it said "Cannot destroy here" and if I stand on top of it it says "Entering Spawn" and such. Now Ive been told this is a bug and to talk to one of the server admins about this. Also this is the best structure I've ever made (looking wise in really good builder) and I plead that you fix this cause I really want to finish this awesome house building thing thanks.

This is a general location about 2 blocks from the issue.
