A possible idea?

Ok, I was thinking in school today that we should have sort of a foreclosure system. Let me explain this. Say someone was banned and there house was griefed by endermen. Them someone would come and foreclose the house (most likely me). Then thay would fix the house and sell it for a low price. But if the house was proteced or the protection block is gone but its glitched in a little area and the person was banned, well i would have to ask rine, comp, dan, war, or rouivi to remove it.

Advantages
The area around spawn would look alot better!
It would give pepole a chance to own a home, or secend home around the spawn
If no one buys the house in a certain number of days then whoever forclosed the house would flaten it out and it would give pepole a new spot to build on, giveing more free space around spawn.

Disadvantages
I would have to constantly have to ask a mod or admin to remove a protection block or help me with a glitched one. also they may be to busy in which i would have to leave the house the way it is.
Someone would have to build a real estate office (i can do that) and protect it. *The office must be near spawn and be able to be protected*

I can do these things, and i will most likely be the person who forecloses the houses and repairs them. If you want to dont like the idea or want to add something to it, please reply.

I'm liking the sound of that idea, but where and how would new people get the money to buy them?

Well, the houses would be cheap. If they spent a good 6 minutes or so chopping down wood, im sure they would have enough wood to buy a decent sized house.
Also im thinking about the prices. They will be very cheap.

Disadvantage- they come back and some one else has taken their house and stuff.

But we would have established there inactive, we wont just flattttedcor sell there housse if they wernt

The houses i would foreclose war, would be the banned players houses. Not the inactive ones.

And i could always build a few houses if there arent many houses that banned pepole once lived in.
